Entrance Exam & Test Dates

Sharing the religious mission of the Catholic Church, Driscoll Catholic High School serves students of all races and creeds from over 40 cities and communities in DuPage County and Northwest Cook County. College preparatory potential must be demonstrated, as Driscoll Catholic extends a strong educational challenge to all students. Some students’ academic development at the time of entrance may require special courses to assist them towards college prep status.

Eighth grade students applying to become incoming freshman must take Driscoll Catholic’s Entrance Exam, which is held at 8:30 a.m. on the second Saturday in January.

Admission is based on three criteria: Entrance Exam score, eighth grade teacher evaluation, and a parental interview. After test scores and teacher evaluations are on file for an eighth grade applicant, an admissions decision is made and an offer to register in our incoming freshman class is extended to the accepted student.
