Catholic Schools Week

The last week in January we celebrate Catholic Schools Week with the rest of our nation. At Driscoll, we celebrate and show appreciation to our staff and students with a variety of activities.

Parents' Club hosted a wonderful breakfast for staff members to help kick off the week in style. Campus Ministry delivered raffle tickets to each homeroom for students to hold on to for the whole week for movie and gas gift cards. On Wednesday, Father Mac celebrated Mass with us with the emphasis on service which was the theme for the week nationwide. On Thursday, our Student Council hosted a luncheon for the staff to show student appreciation for the work that is done by the staff for the students. Friday, the focus was on the students for Student Appreciation Day. Students had a "free" Driscoll Pride Dress Down Day and received jumbo cookies at lunch from Campus Ministry. All in all it was a good week with everyone feeling pretty good at being a part of Catholic education!
